Q: Does EaseFlow need to be plugged in?
A: No. It’s powered by a rechargeable battery and uses an internal air pump—no power outlet required.
Q: How do I control the water flow?
A: EaseFlow has three adjustable water flow levels. You can choose the level that feels most comfortable to you.
Q: What kind of water should I use?
A: Use clean warm water, ideally between 96–100°F (36–38°C). Avoid water that is too hot or cold.

Q: Is the guide tube reusable?
A: No. Each sterile silicone guide tube is designed for single use to ensure hygiene and avoid contamination.
Q: Can I share the device with someone else?

A: No. The water tube is fixed to the device to ensure safety and correct usage.

Q: There’s no water flow. What should I do?
A: Check that the water tank is filled and properly inserted, the valve is open, and the battery is charged.
Q: The water flow feels too strong or too weak.
A: Adjust the water flow level and ensure the water temperature is warm enough.
Q: It's hard to insert the guide tube.
A: Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant and perform a 10-second pre-flush before insertion.

Q: How long does the battery last?

A: No. For safety, do not operate the device while charging or near water.

Q: Can I return the product if I’ve opened it?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is unused and unopened. Please contact support within 7 days of receiving your item if it arrives damaged.
