A: EaseFlow offers three adjustable water flow levels. You can select the level that feels most comfortable for you.

Q: What kind of water should I use?
A: Use clean, warm water—ideally between 96–100°F (36–38°C). Avoid water that is too hot or too cold.

Q: Is the guide tube reusable?
A: No. Each guide tube is designed for single use to maintain hygiene and safety.

Q: Are the guide tubes sterile?
A: The guide tubes are clean and sealed, but non-sterile.

Q: Can I share the device with someone else?
A: Yes, but each person must use their own disposable guide tube. For hygiene reasons, do not share during the same session.

Q: Is the water tube detachable?
A: Yes, the water tube can be detached. However, once it is connected to the outlet nozzle for the first time, we strongly recommend keeping it attached.
Frequent removal may reduce the tightness of the connection over time, which could lead to leakage.

⚠️ Troubleshooting

Q: There’s no water flow. What should I do?
A: Please check:

• The water tank is filled properly
• The valve is open
• The device is charged

Q: The water flow feels too strong or too weak.
A: Adjust the flow level and ensure the water temperature is within the recommended range.

Q: It’s difficult to insert the guide tube.
A: You may apply a small amount of water-based lubricant and perform a brief pre-flush before use.
