Orders placed earlier in the day (Pacific Time) are often shipped the same day whenever possible.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from California, USA.

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address
- Delays caused by carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist if needed

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- The customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs
