⚠️ Hygiene Notice
Disposable guide tubes are considered hygiene items and are not eligible for return or exchange once opened.

🔒 Hygiene Protection Seal
The main device is sealed for safety and hygiene.
Items with a broken or removed seal are considered used and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• Items must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories

📦 Shipping Responsibility
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → we will cover replacement or refund arrangements
• Non-defective returns → customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for non-defective returns.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The product seal has been broken or removed

• The item was not purchased from our official website or authorized sellers
