📦 1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is defective, missing parts, or was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item or incorrect quantity was received

⚠️ Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, single-use guide tubes cannot be returned if the package has been opened.

📨 2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@easeflowcare.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Purchaser's name and contact information
  • Description of the issue (and photos, if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

🔁 3. Return Instructions

Returns must be shipped by the customer and meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused
  • All original packaging and accessories are included

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🔄 5. Exchange Instructions

To request an exchange, please email us with the reason and the product you wish to receive instead. We’ll arrange for replacement shipping and provide tracking information.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used or damaged
  • The disposable guide tube has been opened
  • The return request is submitted after 7 days of receipt
  • The item was not purchased from our official website or authorized channels
