📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or missing parts
• You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity

⚠️ Hygiene Notice

Disposable guide tubes are considered hygiene items and are not eligible for return or exchange once opened.

🔒 Hygiene Protection Seal

The main device is sealed for safety and hygiene.

Products with a broken or removed seal are considered used and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Within 14 days of delivery, please include:

• Order number
• Purchaser’s name and contact information
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

🔁 Return Conditions

• All returns must be authorized before shipping
• Items must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories

Shipping Responsibility:
• Defective or incorrect items → we will cover replacement or refund
• Non-defective returns → customer is responsible for return shipping

A reasonable restocking or handling fee may apply for non-defective returns.

• Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• The product seal has been broken or removed
• The request is made after 14 days
• The item was not purchased from official or authorized sellers
